              of experts with an interest in the implications of the Internet 
              for international relations in theory and practice. It provides 
              a truly transnational platform for the exchange of ideas and intelligence 
              on the rapidly evolving field of Internet research and engages representatives 
              from various sectors in constructive discussions.
